One of my friends had most of his stuff with normal drawings.

One year we sat next to uhh... some quite messed up kid. The second day all his stuff had nothing but penises.
Or like he'd turn back for a second and his desk would be absolutelly full of them.

It warped what you could consider even possible.

No swasticas alone, but they drew a lot of hitler getting killed in actually amusing ways.

Man, with the amount of cock and ball graffiti you see here in Aus, you'd think we were a country of gays or something. My high school toilets were actually pretty damn clean of graffiti and in general. So much so that when occasionally skipping class, I had a favourite cubicle to hide out and read/play whatever portable I had with me in. Clean as a whistle. THE most contested cubicle in the north wing's toilets.

On topic again, it's not exactly funny on its own. I however am responsible for a piece detailing a skull and crossBONES, with the tagline: BUTTPIRATES: TOGETHER WE STAND PROUD, RAISE YOUR HEADS HIGH BOYS. It's now buried beneath several more layers of paint.

It seems sort of funny that the same posters who vehemently oppose punishing vandals and the overly regimented and disciplinary schools complain that the same schools should be more whitewashed and inoffensive. What if this is just the students' way of protesting the culture which represses male sexuality? Perhaps they are just trying to say that although women can freely flaunt their assets, the male genitalia is actually all around us.

I forget when, but I used to write my site's URL in some of the stalls in either middle or high school (I forget which) for some reason... I probably didn't think that it'd be traced to me or something (and it never was).

...I never did attract any visitors that way.

Actually, I'm not fond of women flaunting their assets either, and I'm attracted to women. Still, I think people of either gender should avoid acting like sex objects.

My old textbooks generally were full of writing and underlining and such, including a penis drawn on some historical figure or other. I'm thinking Napoleon Bonaparte. Then, a science teacher (a) yelled at me for spending too long writing down what was wrong with the book as we were supposed to at the beginning of the school year and (b) yelled at me for how bad a shape the book was in much later Damned if you do and damned if you don't.

As for that guy... He did stuff that was quite over the top. Though at least he was creative with it.

For example:
- Fractal penis sculpture.
- Drawing on desks all over the classroom aranged in a way that the desks with one form a penis.
- Drawing a penis on the ceiling. That one was probably the only time I let down my guard and he drew them on my stuff. And no, it was high enough to not be possible to do it without stairs or something.

Truth is, schools are messed up on both sides of the spectrum, so they both over-enforce in some cases and under-enforce in others.

It's a multi-variable thing; zero-tolerance can be in effect while allowing this to happen, due to poor enforcement on one end, and extreme enforcement on some other random people.

Bad enforcement is as bad enforcement does--lopsided and random levels of strictness applied randomly all over the place because they want to collect their paycheck and bolt.
