Does anyone else like this newspaper comic strip?

It's been running since the late 1980s, but I discovered it around the year 2000 when we looked for a comic to replace the best comic strip ever after its demise. FoxTrot has hilariously stereotypical characters like Jason, the money-loving geek who writes Pascal programs to write the rules over and over again after class when he gets in trouble and tried to sell snow dinosaurs for $1000 each Some of the strips even feature actual program code, usually Pascal but they've used Java at least once.

Jason is hilarious! My calculus teacher used to put FoxTrot comics on our calculus tests whenever he was doing something that involved what we we just finished studying. The one that stands out in my mind was when Jason was taking a test. The question was "find the area of a square with a side of 6." However, Jason, being Jason, solves the problem using integral calculus! We then see that his homework from that week is like two feet high due to all of his extra work to solve the questions.
