M can be done relatively easily, do the E on its back, thenan upside-down T, then another back-laying E, then an L, then a space (or raised line, for an underscore), then the same stuff for M, then A would be... tricky... uhhh... N wouldn't be hard either.

Either way, make a weird enough pattern and the viewer could probably put two and two together.
