So, I am sure the forum has some amazing threads / posts you have made that made you feel really good! I have one that made me pseudo-famous here on the forums!

A couple of things:

If non of you Julers remember this. I will be disappointed in you.

I don't even know why I made it. I decided "Oh hey, a friend of mine was shocked that I never played Metroid, why not play it for the first time while I was totally fucked up."

So have you made a thread in the past that made you pretty well known? Are you some kinda famous dude!? WE MUST KNOW!

Mind you that playing a videogame while drunk for the internet is the most stupidest thing you could ever do. Let Bitmap handle this.

I'd post things, but unfortunately, I am mostly known for the following:
* Cracking down on idiots
* Taking out a sword and charging directly into dramafests with intent to maim
* Mumbling to myself in the corner while people do more popular things
* Spending more time existing than calling attention to it.

Thus, it would have to be the corpus of my posts, which number in the ten thousands across all the boards. As much as I have been interested in maybe, maybe having something like the thread you speak of make me 'famous', it doesn't happen because I like to effect change really slowly.

Indeed, the most groundbreaking posts I made have been exiled to the Black Hole, are buried on admin-only forums in Sonic Retro (or somewhere else, my memory is bad on that), or in the case of VGF, not particularly interesting. (Over there, I make tripping up trolls my game, which is boring, because after you see one, they're all the same: "OMG U SUK" "I AM ZE MASTER OF FAILURE UND EE VEEL KEEL JOO" "OMG U WEIRD"

The best thing I did, in fact, was when I trolled my evil doppelganger to death.

I only wish it wasn't so horizontally crushed.

There's also this time, where I summon my followers to attack people who mindlessly worship an annoying person.

Here, I punch Mega-Mario in the face.

In fact, it is unfortunate that thread with the guy calling me a bum was trashed so quickly, I wanted to threaten him with UBER HOBO POWERS OF DOOM since he had called them upon himself.

I still can't believe you got stuck in a one screen room with two clearly defined exits for 5 minutes. That was my highlight of that night right there.

I guess I'd be noted for the I Declare War! thread because it was just about the first successful RP-like thread that actually got a fair amount of posting going on in it. To date would have been my longest thread if not for the RP threads Tyty and I do. I could also be known for Anya Syndrome back before you joined bitmap. That was a crazy night.

I'm probably known for Jul Wheel of Fortune over in Signpost Maze and formerly overposting.

Few of my threads ever get very big though. I think my biggest ever at an AcmlmBoard is still one about some n00bish question I had in like my 2nd week at I1.

The time you drank some Everclear during your Kirby Super Star playthrough and promptly vanished is the one event that sticks out for me when it comes to your shenanigans, Bitmap. (That spit take you did during the Metroid one comes pretty close, though.)

Anyway, my best memories of my posting experience here lie within two different threads:
This first one is Mafia IV: TSLDG, a forum which I hosted for a while. The one moment in particular I remember is when Ramon confused everybody, myself included, with his strategy. My time spent playing the game before I hosted it was pretty fun as well, but this was before the days of Jul.
The other one is The Girl I Live With, which I think speaks for itself, really.

There are several other events that I look back fondly upon, but most of them aren't really archived anywhere readily available to me.

Way back when, I used to pretty much run the brain-teaser's forum. At some point I had like... something around... *thinks* possibly 5 different games going. Vowel drop... mafia... I cant even remember all of them at this point.

Of course we all know where this is going... since most of you from earlier incarnations remember the pit (in all of its unfinished glory... hehehe, sorry about that again). I still contemplate revisiting it at some point (with hopefully some kind of app or management system to track everything and make updating much easier), but... yeah, we all know how busy my life got once I got acedemically ambitious

Still the best times I had on the board.

Mafia was fun. I remember more than a couple shenanigans I ran while playing as a Mafia member :3

During the spree in September of last year, I barely had enough time to eat. I was feeling hungry for msot of the 2 days.

Plus my class schedule was a lot more hectic then than it is now.
