In a move in greatness, NBC Bay Area News decided to show, unnecessarily, the crash in its entirety. Later, they decided to not show the full clip anymore, saying it's too graphic, blah blah blah.

What the hell.

There's so much wrong with that that it's just... ffff. What kind of journalism (and show of respect) is that?

I just watched that video of the crash. It was indeed graphic, but how come the news has this video on their websites? I don't see the purpose of it. It's sick, it's disgusting, and most of all, it's not respecting the man who died on that track.

What's better is the foriegn reports this is a conspiracy by Canada to win, which is biased. Most of this came out of London and American newspapers though, so...

They brought the men's starting point to where the women's was, and brought the women's down further. Apparently it's still within regulation, but it's 10 miles slower now. And apparently they built a wall where the athlete flew off the track.
