I got a diet plan thanks to Olive Garden, Something Awful, and my good friend who is a personal trainer. I want to get rid of some belly fat I have, He will send me E-mails on what I need to do to rid of it. (According to him, it should take 8 weeks) I mean I am not fat, and I don't have much of a tire on my waist. Well, I mean people who work at Olive Garden. Not actually eating OG all the time. My bad. I got some samples of vitamin pills and started going to town on Octavian's Bowflex machine. Not to mention (Although I hate salads) I ate a big bowl of salad. Pretty much the only thing I had today was some salad, two vitamin / fatburning pills, and a lot of water. I worked out for a good 45 minutes. My sides kinda hurt, but it's that feel good hurt. Not the annoying kind. I am going to talk to my friend, who is also a personal trainer, and perhaps get a subscription at Gold's Gym (Only 9 bucks a month seen how he is a personal trainer there). I feel pretty good  But this is just one day. So I can't really say anything.____________________ __________________________________ |
