Fuck yeah, bust a move! >:3

Also, question: do any one know of a good PC version of it?
This one is kinda bad and laggy.

The first vaguely Tetris-esque game I played was Dr. Mario for the NES. I think we bought it because of the "Mario" as I am a huge Mario fan then and now Then we got the real Tetris and I thought that the aim was to match block colours like in Dr. Mario

I recall bust a move was the first puzzle game I had (PC) then at a later time I of course got tetris but... it never caught on until like, a few weeks ago. I had pokemon puzzle league for the N64 at one point to. It was a kick as game to say the least.

MAME is probably your best bet. Nothing beats the arcade originals.

I have a PC port of Puzzle Bobble 4 somewhere, and as I recall it was pretty decent (though it's definitely not my favorite entry in the series).

My first puzzle game was Columns on the Sega Master System, and later the Genesis, around 1991. I really was addicted to that game, and I eventually discovered other games, like Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine (Puyo Puyo), and Tetris for the Mac. =D

I'd have to say that my favorite puzzle games will probably always be Tetris and Columns, two really good games that I still play every once in a while...

Enough said.

The only puzzle games I really owned back then was Tetris Attack and Kirby's Avalanche, but I played Dr. Mario, Tetris, and Bust-a-Move.

Methinks you need to practice a bit, unless you weren't trying very hard.

Why not just play both?

Tetris has helped me to pack and move better, so I can't hate it.

This.

And Kira Kira Kids when I found about it. But that happened five years ago so it doesn't count.

I was a pretty big Puyo Puyo guy myself when I was a kid. (Or back then. Dr. Robotnick's mean bean machine. Which was inferior to PP2)

I'm okay in it. Probably better now in Puyo Puyo than I was at Tetris Attack in my prime.

I wasn't one of those that was unbeatable or anything but myself an Ace were pretty well tied at our best around 30-35K in Time Trial.

#52
I started with Tengen Tetris, and later Nintendo Tetris, when they were new

Out of the other puzzle games, I've probably played Tetris Attack the most, but there aren't too many I played much

I never played Tetris when I was growing up because I sucked at it. Simple as that.
Now Tetris Attack is a different story...
Also, later on (around 13-14) I got Animal Crossing and eventually came across Wario's Woods. I love that fucking game.

Try But-A-Move 3 DX or is it just Bust-A-Move DX? Anyway look for one of those on the N64 or you could get the Wii one.

If you mean Bust-A-Move Plus! on WiiWare, okay. If you mean Bust-A-Move Bash! on disc,
NO

Quick play I did.

If you've never taken the time to play it, get it for free here.

300 megs but it is officially classed as abandonware now. Perfect intro to Puyo if you've never taken the opportunity.

I love Puyo Puyo sun. I highly recommend downloading the game from the link above; even if you are not a tetris player.

PPS is one of the most balanced gameplay ever. Now the latest version sure does rival it and everything. But I still like sun the most.

PP7 is flat out insane. I wouldn't recommend Fever or above for newcomers...most will just turn it away at the extend of which the CPU will absolutely hammer them.

I will say that a good start is Super Puyo Puyo 2 on the SFC. Puyo 2 Remix if they're feeling a little risky and want to take on the hell that is Special Mode.
