Not according to Tina's weather function. What was it, you did "~w Hell" and it showed Henderson, NV?
Hey, welcome to Jul. I'm no oldbie from the early days but I feel like a Jul oldbie for sure. 2 1/2 years will do that to you.
That was mostly a joke referring to the fact that the weather for about 75% of the year is "hot and sunny". The other 24% is "sunny".
Though there's also Henderslum, which is anything northwest of Boulder Highway and south of Lake Mead Drive. I think.

Its not so bad here. The heat can be pretty difficult at times, but I'll take heat over natural disasters. In Oklahoma we had tornadoes, Michigan we had lake effect snow, and it Florida we had 3 hurricanes in 1 year! So I'll deal with living in an oven.

Oh come on, we don't always get 3 hurricanes in one year.
I've been to Vegas twice, can't say I like that type of heat.

I really don't think I could deal with the dry heat that often. It's great for the odd day in the summer, but all the time (or at least half the time)... not my cup of tea.
And welcome back.

So you'd rather a 'wet heat' where moss grows ON YOUR ASS!?
