Your political compass
Economic Left/Right: -8.12
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -7.08
Americans may want to compare this as well. Obama is considered leftist by American standards but I'm way closer to the lower left part of the graph than he is.
I'm not looking at the site right now due to computer issues, but from what I remember from when I had to take it in my current events class back in high school, I think I was somewhere in the same quadrant as Terra.

Well... I can't really say I'm shocked.

I think I'm getting more and more economically conservative...

For the record, it was Economic -3.75/Social -2.20 on March 30 and -4.00/-1.50 on December 27 of 2008 (approximately). Now if only I knew exactly what it means to be slightly left-libertarian...
I have take it a few times and I refuse to do so any more as I can't answer a lot of questions due to lack of the knowledge of american shit.
On top of that I'm also very confused as of what way I want things to go. From what I have seen the whole system we have right now works badly, no matter what politic side that runs it. :/
(Keep in mind that I live in Sweden and not in United states of durrrrr)

What questions do you mean? You could copy-paste a few ones that you're not aware of the context in, and I could summarize what they mean pretty easily. And I'll try and even be neutral!
Oh wow... This thing revived... Well, every time I see this thing I TRY to take it but I always end up stopping due to the bias in these questions. And before starts getting on my case about 'what bias?!?!' I've already spoken with people on both sides of the fence and they agree that this thing is a bit too skewed to even be considered accurate. We ought to find another method of doing this type of thing (If there is one... I've looked and the only other one I know of is much worse.) I mean the FIRST QUESTION is so tilted it's not even funny. Watch:
"If economic globalization is inevitable, it should primarily serve humanity rather than the interests of trans-national corporations."
If I agree, it's a point towards the left. If I disagree, it's a point towards the right, simple right? but wait... Who wouldn't want to 'HELP HUMANITY.' I want to help humanity. I'm human. It's only natural. And who would want to pick corporations when it's so obvious that doing so would jeopardize humanity?
This is actually a fallacy of 'emotional appeal' and I hate it whenever I see it used in commercials or politics. Anyone who deals with scientific polling would easily point out that this is an attempt to bait the taker of this into answering 'Agree/Strongly Agree,' thus netting them a point towards the left.
There are several others I've come across over the past few years I've taken this quiz, but I'm too lazy to go through and pick them out.

Sounds about the same as last time.
I've also remembered seeing a former friend's test, and I believe it was the polar opposite of mine. No wonder we're no longer friends, politically speaking. There were also other things, but I digress.
Economic Left/Right: -2.62
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -2.97
I'm surprised I'm this close to the center. Then again certain questions confuse and stuff. I wonder if I can find my previous results from when we last had this thread...
From September 2007:
Economic Left/Right: -2.38
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.38
I'm definitely most leftist than I used to be.

Yea I took the other test back a year or so ago and swayed more towards the left but was steer close to the center. Usually I hang there since I try to be as central/passive as possible about things.
That one also puts me closer to the centre, but still pretty far to the left. I think the addition of the "No opinion" option moderates the scores somewhat.
The problem with shit like this is that I don't always have a straight answer, yeah sure I agree to some parts but on other parts I don't.
For the record I took the "no opinion" option like 10 times at least. (out of 75 questions)
And I got two of the questions twice...
Plus when it asks if I liked the idea of a certain tax system it described what we have here today in sweden. I don't know if it's good or not. There where many economical questions that are impossible to answer unless you work for the government in those sectors!
