After seeing the screenshots and the video, I can tell this is just a hack with blatant level designing. Even though that you're new to it, you should remove every single object and sprite and start making your own designs. I really don't like blatant edits myself. They lack creativity, a lot.
But if you want this to be some kind of joke hack, it's all fine with me. I can't stop you. Looks nice though, but it's a mess with all these questions blocks placed around the level.

He placed Random objects in Random places in Random levels...
This is why it's "Random Super Mario Bros..."
Just Asking Hiyoko, have you made a NSMB hack? Because if you have i would really like to play it, then I'll see how creative you are. If you don't like it, no one is forcing you to play it.Same to you Xkeeper
This was pretty fun to play it. In 1-3, I died a lot of times trying to get a blue shell and proved challenging. For being his first levels, they are good. I first started with smw and my levels were simple and not much changed to the original. He will get more experience and then create good levels. I have a couple of my custom nsmb levels in youtube, and they first ones were similar at some part of the levels to the original, even 1-2 couldnt figure a underground level and took a level from lost levels
