This thread is where i post my art skills, drawings and sketchs.
For now, i have one drawing, but let's see in future.
For example, here is a character i made time ago (image is too big and i draw better on a real paper)

this is a "portrait", instead. (pixel art i'm going to use in a my SMW hack)

what do you think?

You have no idea how happy I am to see actual art that isn't weeaboo art (and I use that term loosely).
You have a wide range of good, clear emotions in the character sheet, but some of the black lines seem unneeded, such as in her hands. Also, it would behoove you to add a full body shot to complete the character sheet feel and so that we can get a better understanding of how the character is put together.

Hey, I'm getting better at non-anime styles! I just prefer to draw them with big eyes because I believe the eyes are the gateway into the soul, they tend to say more about a particular character than even their actions! (all in my own opinion, of course!)

Nothing really noteworthy from me yet, but I'm trying dammit! I find it really hard to color things realistically and end up dropping off after the basic sketch.

Also, emotions is one of the most important thing you must implement in your characters: When a character is inespressive, it is just boring.
In a cartoon, especially, you must give to your characters a lot of expression. We are not doing cartoons, though. A character can have a lot of expressions.
I don't see some pointless black lines, but the next time i will be more careful. Full body shot? I made that too - It is not equal, but i should improve about characters: some characters come always equal when i draw them, when i draw humans, it doesn't happen
Only solution: life drawing.

Yeh, eyes gives a great expression and it's a good way to make the viewer understand the character's mood, but animes are too much exagerated, they have more eyes than brain xD - it doesn't have anything with the thread, though.

Faux anime drawings made by people, oftentimes Americans, who wish they were Japanese. It's the bane of all forms of art, and are typically offensive to 1 or more of the senses, and is, sadly, the prevalent "art" style of the forum here.

What I've seen out of the images in that post just there makes me want to hug you. This is the best thread I've seen here in a long, long time, simply due to your sheer originality, the uniqueness of your style, and your individualism. The colors are great, and you have a good sense of what you want to accomplish. Could use a small bit of fine tuning, but overall, you're on the right track. Keep drawing, I wanna see more.

The level of expression you put into the character drawings is incredible. There's no trying to figure out how they are feeling, you can immediately tell just by making a quick glance. Hope you keep showing us more new drawings.

I made more drawing this morning (at superior school, where i already get bored and i do it when the boring teacher is distracted xD)

Look at some of my drawings. They're pretty close to that sort of style.

A lot of us don't actually wish to be Japanese. Big misconception. And no, it isn't (According to TAP it probably would be though)

"Weeaboo" is a derogatory term for Japanese stuff. It's used by people who don't like Japan and its influence to describe anything out of there. As for the conversation above, don't really concern yourself with it too much. But that's what weeaboo means.

Once again I'm amazed at your ability to draw cartoony facial expressions. I love the jawdrop one and the falling poses. The level sketch looks pretty cool too.

Yeah, you can. That one is fine. If a drawing is ever too explicit just mark it with "(NSFW)" and link it.

Also, the scenography is really good. I can't really draw scenes myself >.>
