I don't care if you find the JCS fun, I just don't want to see people treating it seriously. Like "I must post X to win" or "Y is posting to win so I'll stop posting". That shit is bad.

The JCS is supposed to be just fun on the side shit and you should be posting for 100% reasons that don't involve the JCS at all, otherwise your posts turn into contentless husks that nobody cares about. That is bad.

Also, kudos to Colin for managing to do the JCS with that crap on top of it. Yes, I know you can use the JCS-form to do it, but still...

Of course it's fun. This thread wouldn't even be around otherwise. I think most people overestimate the importance others put on this thing though. I mean shit, I still don't even understand the scoring system. Sometimes the winner gets 7 points? On a bonus day 10? I swear I've seen a 5.

I don't think Schala, Terra, Anya, nor myself base their entire posting habits off some points.

The "JCS form" doesn't replicate this format whatsoever, but that's how the scoring works.
