It seems that in some forums almost every single thread is classified as "HOT". Maybe 100 posts for a HOT thread would be better, or anything higher than the status quo.

The current threshold is just too easy to achieve at this board's current state of activity.

I wonder if it would be possible to customize the "HOT" threshold, much like the TPP and PPP?

That way we won't have people whining if it's like 50 or 20 or anything like that...

On-topic post: The original Acmlm's Board had it set to 50, but due to the smaller activity scale fo this board (about 1/3-1/5 the activity of that board) it was lowered to 30 to compensate.

Now that I think of it, it was indeed 50. Maybe I was thinking of another board that had it at 20 for some reason *slaps her forehead*

I don't pay much attention to the HOT indicators though.
