I just moved to Chrome from Firefox ... I was sick and tired of the constant crashing, memory hogging and new versions bothering me every few days ...

Does anyone else log old AIM conversations, like me? It can be interesting what gold/garbage you can find looking through old AIM logs

I usually log stuff. I think my old desktop has logs from 2003.

Which makes me annoyed at Livestream's chat (a) not having a logging function and (b) deleting messages after the maximum is reached, so I end up saving the copy-pasted logs from Notepad periodically.

This semester I have all the books I need.

Last semester, on the other hand, the teacher for physics made us buy both physics books for a total of around $200, and then never made us use them other than to check if we bought them. We couldn't use them on tests, either. What an ass. And for another class, we had to pay like $50 for a key to use an online book designed specifically for this school and class, so I could only buy it new at full price.

This school is obviously designed for the wealthy only.


My school is apparently designed for the dirt poor, but with ways to siphon what little money away once college fees and tuition and all that crap's taken care of (basically, the union building and the stuff they sell, albeit pretty useful).

But I was incredibly surprised that the one book I was able to sell back to the bookstore was sold back at nearly full price! Book cost about $55, sold it back for $43 + $4 bookstore money.
