Yeah, the time bombs and full room crazy minibosses make it feel like them as well. It's cool I guess, but I expected something a little more Mega Man 2ish I guess.

Also, it looks like Bass is in, because the site that leaked this information a week+ early about Roll catching the virus was right and they said Bass would be playable.

It reminded me a lot more of Megaman 4 if anything. Nothing there struck me as Megaman 5 since it was fairly enclosed, much like Megaman 4.

Huh. I find it interesting one stage seems to be a sports stadium of sorts. I was wondering after the announcement of this game if Capcom would do "reverse ports" by pulling custom navis from the BN series into these new MM games (Ie. ThunderMan, GridMan, KendoMan, etc.). GridMan was a football player in whatever BN it was (5? 6?), and I'd be somewhat surprised if he happened to be one of the robot masters. Of course, Commando looks to be the largest based on this image.

The identities of the Mega Man 10 Robot Masters has been somewhat of a tenuous situation following the name leak at CES. We’ve stood by our pledge not to report the names until Capcom officially announced them. And now… they have, via CoroCoro Comic in Japan. The full roster is… are you ready? Really ready? Ok, you probably know. But it’s Sheep Man, Commando Man, Pump Man, Blade Man, Strike Man, Solar Man, Chill Man and Nitro Man. The above scan shows, from left to right, Pump Man, Strike Man, Chill Man and Solar Man. The other four are presumably shown on another page. These brief descriptions are given of the Robot Masters:

Commando Man: Attacks with a powerful explosive wave.
Blade Man: Attacks with three swords.
Nitro Man: Can transform into a motorcycle. (Perhaps Turbo Man’s little bro?)
Sheep Man: Splits up and creates lightning strikes.
Solar Man: Absorbs attacks and attacks with solar energy from his head.
Chill Man: Fires an icy shot. (Curiously, he seems to be called Chilled Man in here.)
Pump Man: Has a water-themed shield weapon.
Strike Man: Throws a powerful fastball.

Some of those sprites look EXTREMELY similar to past bosses in the series... although Blade Man's design is unique. I like.

I'm surprised they haven't already used "Blade Man" as a robot master. Although I guess Metal Man comes pretty close.

Also does anyone else keep automatically thinking of Chill Penguin instead of Chill Man?
