Yeah, but he streams games, so it's not just listening - it's also watching. Not everyone has a big enough screen to do that.

I always try to multitask and watch stuff like streams at the same time as doing something else but it just doesn't work out. I end up missing too many things. I'm good at multitasking usually, but not with watching things.

I'm not so great at multitasking with social stuff online. I can usually task IMing with posting or IRCing, but not all 3 at once, and not during a posting spree

Same here, I'm pretty much ignoring everything other than Jul and Tina right now. Normal posting is fine for me, but spreeing requires my full attention.
