New Paper Mario sounds pretty impossible, considering it having very different gameplay as opposed to NSMB.

I'm hardly an expert on this, but making anything that could be called a true remake of these games (especially Super Paper Mario, which would require the whole "dimension flipping" thing to be implemented) out of any of the NSMB games seems hardly feasible at this point; I doubt it will be any time soon as well, if only due to the need to create custom bosses to complete these remakes.
