So, the original room had no heat, after I spent so many days in my mom's frigid house (even too cold for me). At least the hotel was able to move me.

I purposely don't turn on the heat in my room. It was 43 degrees when I checked one day last week. I have my own thermostat because I have the only upstairs room in my parent's house, and I depend on my overclocked computer to keep things warm, which it doesn't, but somehow that doesn't bother me. Warm blanket ftw.
