Just saw this movie tonight with a couple of friends and I thought I would make a thread about it.

For starters, I thought it was a very entertaining movie. Yeah some parts had me jump a little bit, but It was more creepy than scary. Some parts of this movie really had me scratching my head.

Anyways, the movie follows two middle class Americans. A trader ends up buying an HD camera in hopes of capturing 'Paranormal Activity' that his fiance has been experiencing ever since she was young.

Well they end up filming just about everything, even while they are sleeping, and lo and behold. Some very creepy shit happens.

I don't want to go into detail about what happens. But I will say you definitely have to see this shit for yourself. It's that fucked up.

Now, the first 45 minutes of the movie was indeed boring. I will warn you about this now, but it is one hell of a climax, and will have you on a roller coaster ride on the way to the end.

Like I said, it's not a scary movie. It's like one of those Hellraiser movies. It's just fucking creepy.

How would I rate this movie? Well, it is indeed the most creepiest movie I have ever seen. But it's not scary. I'll rate this movie a 3.5/5 But I'll give it a perfect score for having me yelling out "WHAT THE FUCK" alot during this movie.

I really enjoyed this movie. I saw it twice (the second time sucked because I knew what would happen), but I will admit they did a wonderful job of making it seem as convincing as possible. Yes it is clearly fake, and the DOES kind of ruin it via word of mouth, but none the less certain parts, specifically the ones you yourself described, were definitely creepy as hell, and I'm typically pretty immune to most horror flicks. Definitely a good watch for anyone who likes this kinda stuff, I guess.

Holy shit, it all makes sense now.

This movie is really messed up.
