Well, assuming you can only use clow cards.

Dual-Card The Light and The Arrow, then Dual-Card The Light and The Sword, while using The Fly Card.

I'd say hmm...

Shield to bounce/absorb his electricity ball attacks, Sword and Fly to attack him, use Windy to bind him and use Sword to deal the final blow.

You can use two cards at once, used twice on the show. :3

Also, The Fly for dodging and if he turns giant monster form.
