I knew that, but I still always end up reading it as "computer inflation".

Also, I ran the Linux Mint updater. That was a mistake.

USEFUL CHANGES...
- Start menu has two more categories. BEST. UPDATE. EVER.

SIDE EFFECTS...
- Killed Compiz while installing
- Wouldn't start back up afterwards
- Closed everything and pressed Ctrl-Alt-Backspace to restart X; arrived at a non-functional login screen
- Turned off and reset the laptop, it finally boots
- Compiz finally works once I re-enable it from Appearance
- My touchpad settings seem to be gone, it's behaving weirdly once again

I am so happy with this update.
