I really had nothing to do the last few days, until something happened in another site. I've spent the last few days going around over there checking things out...

I can read one, maybe two pages... then I close them.
For me it's like.. I read one page, middle-click on several links that interest me, close the tab and move on to the others and keep doing the same. The number of tabs just keeps growing and growing and growing exponentially and before you know it you've spent 5 hours reading TVTropes (and there are still at least 80 tabs open)
It's insane. I got trapped really badly once. Then I escaped and got trapped again. >:

You read a page, you find an interestingly-named trope (all of them) and you make a tab of it because you haven't read it before. And each of those tabs leads to several more tabs, and each of those tabs lead to several more. That's like a billion Pokémon!
I would post more, but classes are buckling down for the end of the semester, and on top of that I've been attending to my personal mapping projects. These past three days, I had to write a Mandelbrot Set generator in Java, on top of which I mapped 1-7 and 1-8 of Yoshi's Island. Now I have a Spanish presentation to work on, and I still have another Java program and a presentation to give and a video project, all of which is due within the next two weeks. There's just too much to do.

Pffff... I have so many other projects I want to do first. Plus I don't even have NSMBWii yet.
But I so would if I had the time. Yoshi's Island takes precedence!

Originally posted by OnyxI guess I tend not to pick up very many interesting articles, then?
The only time I've had huge amounts of tabs open... is during sprees here. I often have a whole bar of Jul tabs, though...
I rarely end up with more than 5-6 Jul tabs - and that's during sprees. I do end up with a lot of other tabs for stuff I'm using (like the Qt manual pages) though. I should close some..

My saturday so far has allowed me to post so far, but I'm about to go and rake leaves. I'll try to get in as many posts as I can, but I also wanted to do other things...
