Depends really.

Left handed for most things, but I use the mouse with my right hand.

I grew up sharing a computer. By the time I had my own, I was used to using the right hand for the mouse. Using the left hand just feels strange for me.

I'm a lefty through and through, which likely explains my creative tendencies. When I was 8, for the incredibly short period of a few months I was forced to switch to being a righty when I broke my left arm. Needless to say my teacher was over-joyed that I would be writing "correctly" now soon as the cast came off, I switched back
