And I have no internet. Bumming off a neighbor. And remote access is disabled. I need to get back into my router settings to unfuck whatever I did wrong while trying to set up a static IP for my Wii.

Need help. Anything is appreciated.

EDIT: FUCK YEAR I FIXED IT.

Keep this thread open, though; I need to set my DS and Wii up to have static IPs and shit.

Oh yeah, DS and Wii only really work properly with those.

You have to tell the Wii and DS to not use DHCP (or was it DCHP? I keep mixing it up) and set the address on the Wii/DS side. Then tell the router to open the proper ports only for their IPs.

In the future, as you already know, there's a reset hole on routers and such you can stab with a stick if it gets bad settings again.

Paulguy's Post configuration
Not hard to screw up a network config sometimes. Right now I have a goofy setup, because of the weird ass Verizon moden+router thing, and a wireless router. They're both on separate subnets, so to access the settings on one, I need to change the gateway and my IP. I imagine there's a way to fix it, but all this stuff is amazingly finnicky... mostly the cheap modem that has almost no user settable configuration.
