Well, I think technically it would be more like "poh-kay-moang"

Another thing is people capitalizing sudoku. Nobody seems to type "I did a Crossword", but they often use "I did a Sudoku"

Yea... stuff like sudoku and kakuro aren't trademarks, and shouldn't be capitalized like they are

However, I do really enjoy doing sudoku and kakuro puzzles

I do them occasionally, like in airports and on airplanes I like crosswords too, but usually I can only do easy and medium ones.

Probably because it's similar to "poke-a-mole"

I love it when people don't know that pokemon stands for pocket monsters. (poke - mon)

Same can be done with digimon, digital monsters. (Digi - mon) Though, people tend to know that digimon stands for digital monsters due to the anime.

....

(Jul - mon)

Yea... it's interesting how the Japanese name for Pokémon (Pocket Monsters) sounds more English than the name elsewhere in the world

It's not commonly called "Pocket Monsters" there anymore. In fact, most of the games' logos include the word "Pokémon" using the Latin alphabet.

Also, when I saw this thread title, I thought Hydra had posted it.

I tend to sometimes read things wrong. For instance, some jerk I knew told me in a chat room, "You can't draw." and I somehow misread it as "Can't you draw?", so I tell him no, I can, and he says, "Yeah, denial. Keep telling yourself that."

I hate that guy.

At least I don't have that much of a problem with misinterpreting things, luckily... (not as much as I used to )

I used to pluralize some stuff incorrectly, like "softwares" instead of software, etc.

I've misread some words before I can't think of any specific examples currently though.

Catgirls are awesome... unfortunately Square doesn't seem to have too many catgirls in their games (Ayla from Chrono Trigger is probably the closest to a catgirl in any Square RPG )

I also like Felicia from Darkstalkers too

I have a cat. It is not fat. Kinoko's love of fat may be explained by his tendency to typo words by pressing buttons above the one he wants.

I even did a big post for it. Damn you. : <

As for typos, I make loads but not that many embarrassing ones. I'm more of the sending things to the wrong person kinda guy.
