I've lived in South Florida my whole life and I don't plan on moving away.
It's funny, I've visited two parts of Florida: Jacksonville (my uncle lives there) and Tampa (a few of my aunts used to live there), and I could never imagine living at either of them. Just staying in those areas was so incredibly
boring for me that I never wanted to come back.

The area is awful, it's extremely boring and you hear reggaeton at extremely high volumes everywhere. Politicians and church people use reggaeton as a way to sway people.

Reggaeton is pretty much the worst possible genre to listen to. All the disgusting "money, material objects, degradation of women" lyrics of shitty mainstream rap music, except it's in Spanish now! Oh and all the stock beats are exactly the same too! And we manage to fuck it up even worse than is typical of plain old mainstream rap!
Humanity, faith, dipping, etc.

I will be moving pretty far away after I graduate (probably in May)
You said you liked big-city sorts of areas, right? Feel free to move to New York City, we'll be glad to have you.
In unrelated news, a funny thing just happened... The moment after I typed that bit about NYC in, the
Empire City Day Stage music from Sonic Unleashed came up on my iPod, heh.
As for where I live, I'm in New York City, more specifically the Bronx. I love this city, and one thing I love to do is explore it; I've walked around in Manhattan for a long time, and there's still plenty more to see. Not everything is so dandy, though; our lovely mayor, His Dishonorableness Michael Bloomberg is aiming for a THIRD term, despite having fucking raped the city's economy with his various little plans, including the
Atlantic Yards project, the "New Yankee Stadium" and "Citi Field" constructions (both completely unnecessary trivialties in a slow economy), and his disastrous
bid for the 2012 Olympics which gave rise to the failed New York Jets
West Side Stadium project, as well as the
extension of the 7 line (one of the few decent things to come of any of his actions). And then he claims to care about people who live anywhere outside of fucking Richville NYC (e.g. the Upper East and Upper West Side of Manhattan). If that's the fucking case, then why, among various other problems mostly involving the outer boroughs, is the South Bronx STILL ONE OF THE POOREST NEIGHBORHOODS IN THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?! What the FUCK have you done for them, Bloomberg?
That's what I thought.
