That's what I thought too. Peach and Mario are both quite unattractive And Bowser is .. a huge turtle with spikes all over him. Poor Peach.


Besides, from what I remember from the Paper Mario games.. Bowser's main goal is to take over the Mushroom Kingdom and kidnap Peach to stop her from taking it back. Of course, it doesn't rule out any extra "activity" that may happen

Oh shit. Maybe you've just discovered one of the plot elements in Super Mario Galaxy 2, where Bowser takes off his turtle suit and is actually a really hot guy (Toad?) or something.

His reason seems to vary from game to game. He tends to like Peach in the RPGs, but he also wants to take over the kingdom, even if it means putting Peach out of commission for a while. It's been proven several times that Peach packs quite some power, and is usually the key to harnessing various kinds of powerful artifacts.

If Bowser DOES like Peach, then taking her -and- having the kingdom will surely be a win-win situation for him. No wonder he hates Mario so much.
