Seriously... I can see why some people would run into that problem. I actually don't mind racking my brain in the game... I mean, you can't just summon a helicopter all the time.

On another note, Scribblenauts sold 193,000 copies in September. Not too shabby.

I always tried to solve everything with ropes and poles and glue and ladders.. that's how uncreative I was.

Yeah, my creativity's at a low. I pretty much try and solve the puzzle the same way every time.

One thing I found pretty fun was to just type in random letters into the entry box at the title screen, and see what weird spelling corrections came up. Then I'd make those objects and mess around with them. Obviously not very useful for solving levels but it's fun to play around with.

Yeah, I have much more fun playing around at the title screen that in the actual game.

The game itself is pretty fun, but some of the puzzles really frustrate me. I remember I got enough Ollars to buy one of the higher up worlds (even though I had only progressed through to.. world 3, I think). SO DIFFICULT. ARGH

Don't know what it is, but it's like, when you have all the ability in the world to summon things to solve your puzzles, once you find stuff that can work in many puzzles, you don't care for discovering new means. I guess we're all inherently lazy.
