Most 14-year-olds are basically attention whores--not all of them end up that way, though. My brother's a pretty good example of a smart, non self-obsessed 14-year-old. When I was 14... I basically suffered from delusions of grandeur, I'll be honest. I thought that, if I wasn't God, then I was at least the next best thing It was extremely embarrassing and how I went from that to having a major inferiority complex, I'll never know. Or maybe I always had an inferiority complex and was just inflating my ego to make up for it. That's probably it.

I started out on the Internet when I was 4. I remember my mom's cousin introducing me to Habbo Hotel a few years later. That's what got me started on virtual worlds and my obsession with them pretty much. I was really immature up until about 12, though. I'm pretty happy with how I am now. (In fact, 14 was quite a good year for me.)

Apparently I joined near the end of 2005. I was pretty sure it was earlier. So.. I was 11.

My worst phase was probably when I was 17. I would go into huge flaming tirades over really stupid stuff like musical preferences And sometimes other lame shit.

It would go like this sometimes:
Monday: Hi, I are n00b.
Tuesday: I HATE YOU YOU ALL SUCK YOU ARE ALL EVIL!
Wednesday: Why does everyone hate me?

I think I was 9 when my parents got Internet I fiddled with it a bit, but my parents wouldn't let me surf alone, so I didn't do much online until I was 13 and I could surf alone. I had no interest in porn and knew not to click on flashing ad banners, and I mostly went to video game Web sites and such. I became addicted pretty quickly and started hogging more and more of my parents' computer and their only phone line

Did not have it until I was 12.

The only site I want to on others' comps, when I was allowed to use them, were Gamewinners and some ZC sites. I actually had ZC long before I had the internet, and I'd spend a while just downloading quests.

I first got Internet access when I was 14 years old... I remember when Usenet was still popular o_O

I also remember when sites on free hosts like Geocities, Tripod, and even Xoom were very common, with awful layouts and embedded MIDI files, animated GIFs, etc... >_>

Yeah, I remember those as well I usually tried to pick more obscure hosts to not be "Yet Another Geocities Web Site", etc.

And I hated how those free hosts would often go belly-up and end up deleting many Web sites from the Internet
