At first I used a buzzy beetle, but tried to change it with the SMAS style unused green parabeetle and tried to make a gif animation for it, but it looked bad and was a total failure. Now i dont use the buzzy beetle because I lost the url. So i dont have one to use.

That looks like a memory alignment issue. Try saving the image as 24- or 32-bit before copying. (It is a lot easier to work with 24- and 32-bit graphics. Trust me on this one. )

Well, considering that Paint.NET is made using .NET, it seems weird that it'd BSOD from something like that - seeing as .NET handles everything itself through a virtual machine.

On-topic:

My minipic is - It used to be a fire flower from NSMB, but I got tired of it. I switched it to a 1-up because I thought it was cool. No particular reason other than me liking NSMB really.
