Does anyone else find it annoying when some games don't save certain things like that? Especially if the life count isn't saved

Considering if you max out the score in KDl2 everything gives you a life and you probably have 70 by then... I can't say I mind when they don't

Yep, it actually got me stuck in Yoshi's Island for SNES, IIRC. I saved before some tough level and kept getting Game Over because I didn't have many lives, plus I lost my eggs
