I might have had food poisoning when I got really sick in Germany. My dad said I drank bad milk, which seems like it may have happened.

Lots of people have gotten food poisoning from work.

One girl got it from a crab sandwich, another person got it from pizza...

Hence the reason I bring lunch with me.

I can't recall the last time I got really sick. I get allergy problems around this time of the year though. Also the occasional stomachache diarrhea from eating bad food.

Rarely do I get sick, since we don't hide ourselves from exposure. Liberal exposure to dust, dirt, and gunk has my immune system running well--only colds I've gotten was... there was this weird virus which made me dizzy 3 months ago, that's about it. For this year.

Also, I'm never sick. I think it's mostly because I have a crazy good immune system. I attribute that to not taking meds ever and letting my body fight it on its own. The only "medication" I ever take is ibuprofen for headaches.

Plus side of having a crazy good immune system is that I get $600 a month for donating plasma. Apparently like like plasma full of antibodies

Yeah, I think I had a bit of something last week, but it was just the start of a cough, and it only lasted a couple days.
I have a crazy good immune system, last time I've gotten the flu was oh... 5 years ago? I think? I do get my yearly cold though.

Last time I had anything was probably a year ago, minus any incredibly minor seasonal allergies. Don't get me started on the flu I had two years ago. That thing was the worst. I literally could not breathe out of my nose, it was that stuffed up.

Also, apparently a crazy cold or flu (maybe swine flu, but it would've been minor) went through my class the week after prom. Apparently some sick girl coughed all over something and people unwittingly ate it, then to top it all off, those who did accidentially infected others on the camping trip. I didn't go to either, and I ended up being healthy.

I'll rarely take medicine unless I need it (like iboprofen for certain lady cramping), and if I happen to need a lot of it for, say, a cold, I'll supplement that shit up with water, juice, and plenty of rest. Does the trick every time, and I noticed that I get over my colds faster that way.

Ya, needless to say, drinking enough of that stuff will make anybody pray to the porcelain god.

But on a serious note, I can't really remember the last time I got sick. Everytime I started feeling something beginning to hit me, I tried to sweat it out. Running and doing other exercises and hot showers and what not.

The worst time I can remember being sick was when I was a kid. I had strep throat and I ended up gaging on the little dangley thing in the back of my throat so much that I would throw up. That happened all night. Shit sucked severely.

I think once when I was in elementary school I had a low temperature (like, probably almost low enough to be hypothermia), but I still had to go.

Thank God mom got better at that. Too much, in fact. I would play up my symptoms that wouldn't fly as staying home material before, and I'd be able to win a day of not school. ^^
