Beating Xk syndrome might entail making jillions of short posts, which is probably verboten
On the other hand, who knows. I was really surprised than Anya Syndrome was beaten, and also that Wooster Syndrome ++++ was beaten.

I could beat Xkeep's if I post starting on Thursday night, all day Friday and Saturday with active people with me.

I'm off Sundays  Although it tends to be the "Put homework off until now" day sometimes 
And if I visit my parents on a weekend, I might not be able to post as much. I should still post though, as I'd have a laptop and I stay up way later than them

It's 800, even ... or just over 1 post per 2 minutes for the whole 24 hours (or 1 per minute for 13 hours) 
I'm still hoping to get Reinfors Syndrome again one day (it's been 5 years), I got a bit close in the last spree (55) but couldn't quite do it

Acmlm: If you time your posts right, you can get 666 on Halloween Or during a time before Halloween when people have the usernames and layouts.
One post every 2 minutes for 24 hours would be insane
