Take the quiz and find out!

It's an interesting way to waste 12 minutes, I was able to get 56/81 on my first try (I couldn't remember the exact names of some of the sports and educational games ). Keep in mind that any games that were released after 2008 aren't on the quiz and any Japan-only games aren't on there either.

Good luck

60/81

Not bad, but there's a few I missed that I really could have gotten (like Mario RPG and Mario Paint), and others I knew but forgot the name (Mario Clash, 2nd Mario Tennis and Strikers), so I could have had at least 5 more

Darn. I only got 58/81. I would have had more, but I forgot to enter Hotel Mario (tried to before hitting start and forgot to do it again) and was thrown off by Yoshi's Story not being on the list, so I didn't try any of the other Yoshi Games. Plus I didn't really consider the SSB series a Mario game more than Yoshi/Wario games.

Edit: Also thrown off by the lack of Luigi's Mansion.

I had a bitch of a time remembering the exact name of all of these. in my mind it's just like, "mario tennis gba," "paper mario 2," etc

You got 60 out of 81 Mario Games (U.S. Releases).

I have no idea whether this is a good example of my sharp memory or a sad example of how much money I (read: my parents) have dumped into Nintendo franchises over the years.

Most of the games I missed were either earlier ones or later ones. I can't keep up with all of the sports spinoffs and party games and whatnot anymore.

Also, why did it accept Super Smash Bros. (+ its sequels) but not Luigi's Mansion or Donkey Kong GB?

It listed any game with a U.S. release and either "Mario" in the title or as a playable character (but not remakes like Mario Advance or Mario 64 DS), but it did miss a few like Donkey Kong '94 and Mario Land 3 (also known as Wario Land 1, but still) ...

Mario Party is simple enough (1 to 8 + Advance and DS), but I got lost with the newer Mario sports games too

I actually missed Mario Party Advance because I couldn't remember the title. Seriously. I thought it was "Mario Party GBA" for some reason

After awhile I just started entering random titles like "Mario Hoops" and "Mario Baseball". I didn't expect them to be actual games, although come to think of it I'm not really all that surprised either.

49/81. I suck, don't I?

Actually, I seem to have finished in the top 10% of quiz takers, just not Julers

I was thrown off by all the sports games as well. I didn't have an N64, GC, or Wii, so I forgot a lot of those, plus I kept trying remakes like Super Mario Advance and games featuring other Mario characters (Super Princess Peach, Yoshi's Story, Luigi's Mansion, etc.)

Yeah, I remembered there were a bunch of numbered Mario Party games, so I just kept trying numbers (I think 8 was the last one).

I don't consider SSB games to be part of the Mario series, but I tried one on a hunch and it worked Then I came up with 2 more SSB games (Melee and Brawl).

I think I remembered Mario Clash and Hotel Mario because of AVGN

I was surprised that more people knew about Super Mario Kart than Super Mario Bros.

Yay for statistics

/☢/CAUTION/☢/

Missed the really bizarre games like mario early years or the DOS games... I had no idea about some of the sports games either.

(And on a completelly offtopic note...)

63/81 for me.

I would like to note that Mario's Picross 2 was never released in North America.

I'd suck at that Zelda one, because I'm not familiar with a lot of the Zelda games like OOT and MM I'm about the old-school Zelda

You got 49 out of 109 Zelda Bosses.

I got all of Zelda 1 and Ocarina of Time. I also got most of A Link to the Past, but I forgot Vitreous's name. I also kept trying to spell "Goht" as "Ghot". I also kept trying to enter "Genie" as "Bottle Genie".

It doesn't really surprise me that I didn't get many of the enemies from the games after Majora's Mask. Especially Phantom Hourglass. I hate that game.

...OK, I'd bomb the Zelda test. I'd be able to breeze through the Zelda 1 bosses and a few here and there, but... I don't keep track of that info. :\
