Actually, work wasn't as bad as I was expecting, probably because we lost (goddamnit). Everyone was just bummed out and tired/drunk.

We should have won that game, too.

Washington beats #3 USC and the fans charge the field after the game.

I say Washington gets ranked #25 in tomorrow's poll. XD

I like how Ohio State won 38-0 and dropped two spots in the polls.

Because USC lost to Washington.

If USC can beat Ohio State, and Washington can beat USC... makes the loss look worse. If this happened later in the season, it could have screwed you in the BCS.

No, I think if it had happened later in the season, we would have jumped USC. Either way, good news is that Big Ten play starts this week!

It's the Big 10, ESPN/ABC love the Big 10.

Ohio State should of beat USC too, if it wasn't for the horrible play calling by the coaches.

In other news, I took Ohio State to cover the 14-point spread against the Illini this weekend. Go Buckeye's.

Yes they should have.

I don't know if we'll cover the spread. It depends which team shows up; the conservative-minded team from the USC game or the team that mixed it up a little more from the Toledo game.

But still. Iowa.

Then again, when Boston College had their big unbeaten run a few years back ABC were all over them until they lost to frigging... god, I don't remember anymore. Clemson or Maryland.

4 top ten teams and I believe 7 of the top 25 teams lost.

Of course, this only goes to show that preseason rankings are dumb. Oh well. At least OSU didn't drop in the polls and drop again.

Random thought: So, USC beats OSU and loses in a trap game to Washington. Washington then loses in a trap game to Stanford. Following this line of logic, I predict that Stanford will lose to a local high school team next week.

You do know that Anya hates your team now, right?

Boise State at #5! XD I'm going to love it if Boise and Houston both run the table (and that's quite possible).

KU is set up to start off 6-0 now and gain some confidence going into the killer conference match-ups against Oklahoma, Texas, Texas Tech, Nebraska and Missouri.

Nice win by Ohio State this weekend too.

Well at least they'll be bowl eligible with those 6 wins.

I hear that ESPN College Gameday is heading to Boston for Boston College/Florida State. That perplexes me.

It looked like that could happen early, but...

Hm, what happened today...

- Florida State sucks. On the flipside, everyone thought BC would be rebuilding this year and they're 2 wins away from being bowl eligible. Nice job.
- So is Notre Dame going to be ranked tomorrow after nearly losing to Washington? Or will they be 4-1 and still outside the top 25?
- Oklahoma's officially out of the BCS title picture with 2 losses, I'm guessing... big rebound win by Miami.
- Boise State! TCU! South Florida! All still unbeaten!
- ...Houston, WTF are you doing down 30-20 to Texas-El Paso in the 3rd?!?

Houston's loss to UTEP and VaTech's struggling with the Dukies makes the Rock Chalk squad look even better (they demolished both teams).

Also, Okie's offensive line is terrible, and the Stoops play calling in that game was very shitty. I really don't think getting Bradford back is going to help them much. Play calling will probably get better but that o line is gonna hinder them big time.

I really can't see them making the title game with 2 losses unless some crazy stuff happens. One more loss might knock them out of the whole BCS picture... meaning they NEED to beat Texas, no questions asked.

And Iowa is in the ABC primetime slot *AGAIN*... vs. Michigan at 8 PM on Saturday. It'll go up against Florida/LSU on CBS.

Iowa's looking pretty good, at least when they're playing someone that's decent.

How is it that we beat Indiana soundly and Cincinnati beats winless Miami (OH) and they jump us in the AP? OSU gets no love in the polls.
