This isn't the same as where you've been, it's only the places where you have actually lived

My dad was in the military, so we moved around a lot. As a result, I never really thought of a single place as being home.

1987: I was born in metro Detroit.
1987-1990: Pretty soon, my parents moved to Lexington, Michigan (a small redneck town in the Thumb of Michigan).
1990-1993: New Jersey suburb of NYC. My dad worked in NYC at the time.
1993-1996: Buffalo area near Niagara Falls
1996-1997: A short time in metro Detroit again while my parents looked for a house in a rural enough location for them
1997-2005: Lexington again
2005-2010: Metro Detroit for school
2010 and beyond: Elsewhere
2008: For a semester, I lived in Ulm, Germany

1990-2000: Florida, alternating between Pinellas Park and Beverly Hills.
2000-2008: Rochester, New York. Lived in several different homes, but mostly in the same general area.
2008-Present: Back to Pinellas Park. The same exact area, in fact! It's real trippy seeing all the places from my childhood again.

I lived in New Jersey for... like, a week once, but that didn't last too long. It's cold there.

1990: Born, probably in Osaka (I'm not sure) Lived in Osaka for 3 years.
1994ish: Maui, Hawaii, from age 4-6
1997?: moved back to Japan, Oyamazaki-cho
2004: Massachusetts, USA lived with aunt for a brief period of time
2006/7: Back to Japan, left from Oyamazaki to Shibuya temporarily for various reasons I won't get in to
2008-present: Texas...aiming to get back to Oyamazaki.

Lived in Melbourne, Victoria (Australia) for my whole life, but during 2005 I went to Chicago for a few months and lived with some cousins I have over there (by "some" that refers to the millions of relatives I have).

Also went to Syria, Asia when I was 3, but that was moreorless a family reunion than a place to live.
