I have three older half-sisters from when my dad was with his first wife. I'm pretty close with his youngest, because she's pretty awesome. Not that the other two aren't but, you know, age difference.

Ironically, they have a half-brother as well, who has my dad's surname because apparently his ex never changed it back, but my surname is my mom's surname since she didn't want to fill the paperwork to change it!

At least his is awesome. I get stuck with a surname that rhymes with boring. D:

I have a sister 2 years younger than me. We get along pretty well and are pretty close, though we're not as close as we once were. I also have two older half-sisters from when my dad was with his first wife. They also have half-sisters who are of no relation to me.

To make things even weirder though, my oldest sister had her first kid around the same time my youngest sister was born, so as soon as I became an older sister, I also became a half-aunt, and my younger sister was already a half-aunt at birth.

On top of this, my oldest sister has since has 3 kids, all from different marriages. This means I now have 3 half-nieces that are all half-sisters to each other. They are also very spaced out age wise. In fact, the age difference is so extreme, that by the time my oldest half-sister had her third kid (my youngest half-niece), her first kid (my oldest half-niece) had a kid of her own not too long after. This means that the third kid is now in the same situation I was in, being a half-aunt by the age of two.

At least my youngest sister's kid (which is due in April) will actually have cousins instead of nieces, but they will all still be as old as her mom is. Having everything one generation off is weird.

I've got one older brother, one older sister and one younger sister. Funnily enough, we were all born with two years in between of eachother. (Brother, sister, brother, sister (although the last sister took three years))

I have a sister who's five years younger than me. She's alright although she often frustrates me due to her lack of respect for others and laziness. She plays video games almost as much as I do and doesn't care about things like clothes shopping or whatever else girls like to do. Unfortuneately she's not very bright and relies on others to do almost everything for her, and if you try to teach her how to do something new she'll usually just yell at you
