This has been on my mind lately. Basically, I'd like to make a hard version of Pokemon R/B. Examples being raising the levels of wild, trainer, and gym leader pokemon, changing up some moves, and replacing trainer pokemon entirely, as well as changing what moves some pokemon learn, and when they learn them.

Now, I've been out of the ROM hacking picture for a long, long time. Anyone have any pointers?

As well as this.
