I don't seem to be affected by soda often. (Except more energy, of course.) The only time I can remember it doing anything is when I had 3-5 glasses in a row. I was sick feeling for the rest of the day.

I usually get 1 or 2 cans per day, but it's diet and without caffeine, so it doesn't do much ...

Now coffee would be another thing, I have it daily at work (2 full cups) and it helps, but too much of that (3-4 cups?) is never good

Energy drinks are too expensive. I do like the coffee/java energy drinks though.
