Simplicity v1.1
It's been mentioned a few times so I figured I'd post about it to see if people actually want to give this a go. I was thinking something simple like single-elimination and 16 or 32 players total with each round getting harder/longer in terms of a game in mixed match. That would mean that if you start in the first round it'd be 3-min, easy...round two would be 5-min, medium and so forth.

Any takers or should I just cap this up like the Bombliss tourney that never finished? :\

I think nobody other than myself an Xkeep knew how the game really played...so we would've known who would've made it to the final and I have an idea of who would've won anyways.

This one WAY more people know.

I suppose I would play, and I didn't forget about the last few tourneys... I wasn't in Bombliss (But I'm sure you remember me TRYING to get in) but I was in that one Tetris Attack one that finished (Did it finish? )

Yeah, surprisingly 56k is tolerable for Hiryuu with some games.

I love Mixed Match so I'm in for sure if this ever takes off. The increased difficulty as we go along is a good idea.

You don't want to play Hiryuu in Puyo Puyo.

He'll be all nice and happy and beforehand but then he'll fsck you up hard. I'd be surprised if anyone here was any good in that game.

I used to say I was decent at Puyo...but really I fail pretty hard at it. Give me PdP any day.

That said, if I could work it around work and school, I'd be up for playing in this. Problem is working it around work and school.

Puyo Puyo's the one Kirby's Avalanche is based on, right?
