Surface selection
In the title picture, the selection of the 1P controller the A button of 33 times and 2 コン while the AB button of 22 pushing, and the 1P controller is pushed start.

Selection in respect
The 1P controller's selection is started on the title screen and A button of 33 times and 2 Con is started with the AB button of pushing and 22 times 1P controller pushed.
It is possible to move to the following zone at any time with the selection button.

Invincibility
1P controller's B button is pushed 33 times on the title screen, and it starts with all AB buttons of 2P controller the selection button and on and the under pushed.
It becomes invincibility.

The remainder machine infinity
The game after 2P short story Laura's A button is pushed 11 times on the title screen, and 1P controller's A button is pushed 22 times is started.
The number of remainder machines doesn't decrease.

Whoever made this obviously smoked a lot of crap...

The red flashing effect I think is used in a zone after the seizure cave (52?) and in another zone (but is activated by the explosions there)

Anyways seeing how this game is I'm going to try the zone 42 thing...

If I knew what they meant. "Push under entirely start"? What the fuck does that mean?

Someone needs to make an FAQ for this; there's one of GameFAQs, but it goes into no detail and it only describes about a quarter of the stages.

I broke down and tried this game finally .. it's really messed up The music is surprisingly catchy though, especially the 2th Zone music (because, y'know, 2th makes sense)

Which zone has the scary face thing with "Key Word: Nagoya". Is that zone 20?

Yes, it's 20, although the HORRIBLE SOUL EATING FACE lies in FINAL ZONE.

(hint: secret door in 20th Zone)
