Well, I eat breakfast at night more often than I do in the morning, if only because I usually sleep through the morning...
It's rare. For that to happen, we have to have bagels ( ), Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Frosted Mini-Wheats cereal, or something my grandmother cooked, because frankly I'm too damn lazy (and easily distracted) to do any cooking past just using the microwave.

When when I was a part of haunted houses, after work, me and coworkers would often drive to the local Denny's or IHOP and eat there, still in costume for the most part.
Pretty odd sight seeing Jason Vorhees, Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger, an odd cross between Sephiroth and Spike from the Super Mario Bros. Movie, a bloody clown, and Count Dracula all sitting down over some pancakes.

I rarely eat breakfast for dinner. For some reason, my mom will make fried eggs (scrambled, please), hash brown (no), canadian bacon (eh), and waffles, all in a sandwich. Waffles don't taste good dry, so I end up with sticky hands.

Anyway, I personally usually don't eat breakfast late at night. If we have waffles or hash browns in the house it's a late-night snack in the toaster, but we usually don't. :<
