Fragmovies, achievements, Speedruns, mindblowing wtf moments, Tournaments, and even TAS videos. Have you ever seen a gaming video where your jaw was to the floor at the amount of godlike the player on the video was doing?

As a form of entertainment, I love watching VG tournaments, you could learn a thing or two from them. And it's always fun to watch them.

Post videos you have seen, or maybe post some of your very own! Why not.

The motivation for this thread came when I saw this video of two users playing Unreal Tournament 3. As I have said countless times, it's one of my favorite games of all time. But this video combines skill with very fitting music.

E- I found an even better one. And for some reason, it's not only one of the best Quake 3 frag videos I have ever seen. But the graphics look 50X better.

I HAS A VIDEO of Cao Ren godmodding Warriors Orochi 2. This is a no-pickup solo run on the highest difficulty, intended to show his stupidly broken maximized offense. I have some Warriors Orochi solo runs, but they do not represent ideal setup and gameplay. Still, they could be considered whipping the shit out of the game because they were some of the better chaos difficulty runs available at the time when I made them. (And especially because the featured character was widely considered to be crap, and my work got several people to TAKE BACK WHAT YOU SAID ABOUT THOR)

For the absolute best collection of Dynasty Warriors 3, Dynasty Warriors 5, and Warriors Orochi maximized gameplay, check out the DW5chaosmodeguide channel. Dude is a KOEI wizard, I swear.

I've never really understood the appeal of tool-assisted speedruns, especially those whose sole purpose is to get to the ending as quickly as possible, exploiting every glitch in the book, while surgically removing any trace of entertainment value. Two solid minutes of zipping through walls and ceilings does not an enjoyable experience make. It also doesn't help that a good portion of the community is completely insane (HAI GUYSE I HAS A REVOLUTIONARY NEW METHOD TO SAVE HALF A FRAME IN UR SPEEDRUNZ LOLOLOLOL).

I'd much rather watch something that requires real human skill and makes me feel terrible about myself, like the world's greatest Tetris player beating the hell out of TGM3. Note the inclusion of the player's actual hands for extra -ness!

TAS runs might not be as appealing to you as feats of real time gameplay with no tool assistance, but they require the real human skill of using one's brain to exploit the game engine - manipulating random number generators, using glitches to sequence break, etc. Some of us find it interesting to see how quickly and/or thoroughly a game can be pwninated via theoretical perfect gameplay.

I personally find the best TASes to be the ones that don't aim to beat the game as fast as possible but instead play around with the engine.

Sistermind's videos are a good demonstration of that fact. Rarely (if ever) as fast as possible, but damned if that engine doesn't get broken every damnv ideo.

And to bring up Bitmap's link... you have to be impressed with any TAS that manages to beat two+ games simultaneously with the same button inputs. Takes a lot of effort/coordination.

Not really sure, haven't followed single player whoppin'... but MMO-wise, I'm still quite baffled how well this guy can multitask... and considering he's playing on chinese servers (you know how obsessed people are there? (funnily enough, i think these are korean servers, since china hasn't approved WoW yet, they have to play on korean servers))

There's probably better than this, but I found this pretty amusing to watch, how low he goes on health and how fast he kills other players.

Bonus points for creative use of invisibility.
