Von Thornstahl - Dressed in Black Uniforms
A beautiful Neo-folk ballad about the Spanish Civil war. Melodic guitars and soulful vocals make this incredibly noteworthy.

Boyd Rice - People
Really controversial, but if you dig deep enough, it's not as... bad as you might think. Ever wonder what the world would be like without all the people that make life miserable? Boyd Rice has.

Now Playing: [Renard - Go To The Party]

His latest release is just like Trauma, so this is fucking raggaecore. This track has a lot of sampling from various sources like Dig-Dug and My Chemical Romance. Plus more. I can't figure them all out.

Mortiis - En Mørk Horisont (Parts 1, 2, and 3 on youtube above)
An amazing symphony of dark, ambient, neo-classical magnificence. I know no one really listens to ANYONE'S music in this thread if they link it, but give this a listen; it's right in front of you. Do it. You'll enjoy it.

Now Playing: [t+pazolite - tsugihagi Construction]

So with Comiket 76 under way I knew I'd find something worth listening to. Turns out, there was A NEW HARDCORE SYNDROME RELEASE! If you don't know Hardcore Syndrome it is basically the best J-core has to offer in one CD.

I only scanned the tracks and so far RoughSketch's Fuck Me Jesus, 不思議の国のアリス症候群 which is REDALiCE vs DJ TECHNORCH, and this track really just... wow.

What happens when you cross Sean Paul with Casino Night Zone and add a raggacore beat to it? Well you'd probably get this. Incredibly upbeat.

Check out the other songs on that release. He sampled Earthworm Jim, Super Mario Bros. 3, Recca, Sinistar, and Metroid.

You could see it on youtube, but it's in three parts (>25 minutes long), and you miss things like Marx being a (9).

They made a second one? Awesome!

I can't wait to get a hold of the MP3 of this.

Edit: There are quite a few songs in this one I don't recognize, unlike the first one...

I was surprised they used some of the most obscure/overlooked songs too (namely anything from Kirby's Block Ball), which sort of is why I like this one better than the first...
The only thing is that of course I didn't recognize the Super Star Ultra unique ones... though I guess they'd be easilly recognizable otherwise. Guess that it was too much to try to avoid spoilers for over a year.

Also guess I should also mention ポケモン交響曲「THE MEDLEY OF POKéMON RGBY+GSC -3PBs-」, obviously by the same guy.

When Touhou goes Thriller, basically. Very catchy like Thriller and highly danceable. A shame the whole album this is from is not... great. That's IOSYS for you, though. A few hits and the rest aren't worth it.

Yeah, found this from a random GMod video, and it ended with me downloading the discography.

Death In June - The Enemy Within

Quite possibly the strongest on he album, "All Pigs Must Die". With a nice combination of accordion and acoustic guitar, this is an amazingly European sounding track, and really powerful, lyric-wise

Now Playing: [Infected Mushroom - Project 100]

Infected Mushroom has had a lot of great songs. Vicious Delicious was a great album, but Legend Of The Black Shawarma, their latest album, just became the first Infected Mushroom album I had to buy immediately.

Project 100 has Infected Mushroom's psytrance feel while being a fucking great song full of various degrees of intensity and sounds for 9:38. Absolutely one of Infected Mushroom's best tracks, if not THE best Infected Mushroom track ever, and defintely worth the album price alone.

oops, yea probably need sleep :/

Album: Weezer - The 8-bit Album
Artist: videogame orchestra
Song: Island In The Sun (Belmont's Revisal)

This album was made by a group known as Pterodactyl Squad, a group which releases albums that are mainly in the 8-bit style. They have both covers and original songs. http://www.ptesquad.com/

This album is basically 14 cover songs by various members within the group, and it's pretty entertaining to listen to all these songs like this.

Bluetech: Rite of the Dragonfly. These guys are awesome. Chill, ambient trip-hop electronica. Really mellow. This shit is awesome.
