I remember this.
I originally had a red Gameboy unit, ... that is until I was outside with it one day, laid it on the picnic table and my dad got mad. He was building a roof over the back porch at the time when he got mad, had a 2x4 in his hand. ... He slammed it down on the picnic table, obliterating the screen on the gameboy. Never did get that replacement, at least until I had a Gameboy Color. Man, also had one of those lights you'd stick in one of the ports on the side of the unit, I would remember staying up at night playing the oracles series. (I still have my oracles carts, but no GBC/GBA now). Whee!~ ____________________ |

| The classic Game Boy was my first system ever, Link Awakening my first game ever. I have beaten the game more than 50 times by now.
And I beat it again this weekend. So yay. With no deaths, too. I know the game by heart. |

| Apparently my parents bought be one when I was about 2, cause I kept stealing my brother's and they got sick of it. It's a big ass green one, sitting over on my shelf. It's a friggin' battery guzzler, though. But I'd use it if I had any batteries. |
