If you didn't know, Facebook got added to DSi in Japan.

But it is a trap.

Piracy trap, that is.

They did this on a Wii update saying that they fixed something in regards to Mii's. I mean, if that didn't tip you off that it was a worthless update...

Yeah, they usually "inconspicuously" hide it in their description. "Save files that may impair play." or something like that comes with every Wii message now.

Another reason as to why I don't bother with homebrew.

Well, every Wii update now is going to check to make sure that you don't have any Twilight Hack save files or stuff like that, but they're not going to delete every single piece of homebrew you have. System Menu 4.1 really didn't break any known exploits, however.

I wouldn't bother with a DSi flash cart unless the company in question (who makes the cart) frequently updates their firmware and ensures that DSi updates won't break the system. Otherwise just buy a DS and a cart.

Twilight Hack is so old, outdated, unsupported and silly these days. Bannerbomb works just fine without the need for Twilight Princess.

Also, Supercard has given YEARS of support for their slot 2s still to this day, which are extinct, and their new DSi card the Supercard DSonei (Which I have) comes with a usb plug-in that you can update the flashcarts loader/firmware with in the case of this emergency. We'll see what they do...

Bannerbomb is .

People still use Twilight Hack, however... I mean, if you have an old Wii that hasn't been updated, go nuts, but why do so when there's such an easy solution out there?

this thread has made me look into getting homebrew for my wii. I've never bothered with it before, but it looks to be really easy.

edit: and, that's that. wow. where do I begin with this..

Flip through here. (And Homebrew Browser, of course.)

So you can either go the emulation route or start grabbing WiiWare games.

So how long before we have a DSi softmod. Any guesses?
Considering you can already download DSi firmware to a PC, like you can with the Wii...
