I seen the link, but I'm not sure it's a false positive. I mean, it says it's a Windows Update Definition, but idk.

More than likely it was a false positive, avast and avg are famous for them. (Avast more recently because of crashing a ton of windows comps of quarantining important system files after a update.)

If you still want to make double sure however, upload it to Virus Total for scans.

Virus Total is definitely your friend here. I use it sometimes whenever I have a... shall I say, suspicious file I've obtained that I'd like to double-check before running it. Yes.

I found almost nothing on Google for that virus + Defender, so I'd lean towards false positive.
