That way you can keep the voice acting.

Interestingly enough it's split off. One disc for English dubs...the other for Japanese.

Should be 40 bucks.

That's a strange decision. I mean, it keeps everyone happy but I wouldn't have been surprised at all if they had released the two-disc set as a collector's edition.

I don't even know if any company's ever RELEASED a two-disc Wii game, which should create an interesting package design dilemma.

What's so difficult about it? They could stack the disks on top of each other or add in that little flipping piece that holds one disk while the case backing holds the other, just like actual two disk DVDs do.

Yeah, there were a few DL PS2 games released. I think some of the Guitar Hero/Rock Band games are DL, Rogue Galaxy was another one...

FirePhoenix: Well, I hope that Nintendo has a design for that since it's never come up as of yet. Watch it be a shrink-wrapped package with the English disc in the box and the Japanese disc wrapped on top in a little sleeve.

We'll have to see. My money's on the standard 2-disk DVD method but I guess if they don't want to deal with cost of producing special plastic cases for it, they might go with your method.

I wonder how easy it would be to switch between them ingame. Like, could I take it out while playing and insert the other language? I'm assuming it's no trouble since they should be running off the same save data.

Would be nice to actually see a picture of the package, but I'm guessing we'll need to wait until September or October for that - you know, as soon as a release date is actually hammered down.

And are they just going to name it Sakura Wars now?

Not been able to confirm this at the source or on other sites (i.e. GameFAQs). All I have so far that is known for sure is Q4 2009.

EDIT: For whatever reason, there's been consistent talks of Laury Bailey and this...I'm not really sure why. Not that she's a bad voice actor but I don't get what the whole scenario of blah is.
