@greencleric has Cholera. Oops. on Twitpic

Yep. Sorry about that. You died too. Actually, the entire party died on the first run. Second run, I think two people made it.

The last time someone put me into one of those games I found $100 sitting on the ground (Though admittedly I have never actually played it and have no desire to)

I remember playing it in grade 4, and failing miserably.

And in this game, Xkeeper, you died. I think it was from the flu.

I used to play Oregon Trail in middle school. That and Number Munchers and Jeopardy. Awesome.

You have killed a buffalo and got 289 lbs of food. You can only carry 100 lbs of food back to the wagon.

I loved Number Munchers! But for me, I played that and Oregon Trail in 5th grade. I don't remember playing them in middle school.

If Munchers is going to be mentioned more than once...I'm going to say Troggle Trouble Math did the best for me in series. That was a time-sink.

I still play troggle trouble math! I'm glad I kept all of my old computer games. The Oregon trail I played all the time though was an improved version. Oregon Trail II for the mac. I didn't even know there was another version for quite a while. Another one I liked, (that I sadly lost) was Treasure Mathstorm and Treasure Galaxy.

Number Munchers.

Factors of six? 1, 2, 3.
Factors of 8? 1, 2, 4.
Factors of 10? 1, 5.
Factors of 13? 1...

....

....Fuck. Primes are painful when you are nine years old. But someday, someday Muncher, you WILL get to the moon.

Yup. Holy crap awesome! That was my shit back in the day! I'm downloading now.

Now all I need to find is this game called Diamonds. It was a subgame on an old disk for the Mac called The Quest. I still have The Quest, but Diamonds won't run on windows apparently. I know its probably just a ripoff of some other game though. Just like Jewelbox. Jewelbox is essentially columns. I just like Jewelbox better.

Lets see, what else did I play? Oh, Spectre Challenger and Spin Doctor. Those were great. And not really a game, but I LOVED messing around with the AfterDark screensavers. Flying toasters for the win!

Yea some of those you're gonna have to do more Google dumpster-diving but Abandonia and sites like it (MobyGames might have leads) are big on old-time classics.

I'ma have to mention Scorched Earth as the mother of all the games I played when I had a 286 til the turn of the century.

I actually remeber the tv show for that. There was an animated cartoon, and an actual game show. I watched the game show all of the time, but I don't think I ever played the actual game.

About all I remember from the game show is "Sarah Nade's IN JAIL!" I think it used to come on right before Bill Nye the Science Guy.

I remember the TV show as well. I watched a bit of it. I don't think I watched the cartoon though.
