El = ell (or the letter L)
Huesudo = Wes + sue + doe
II = the Second, or just "Two".

As "El" is equivalent to "The" and the II is pretty much superfluous, you can just call me Huesudo.

(And yes, for any Spanish-speaker around, yes, it means "The Boney Guy", and yes, I'm too skinny for my own good.)
